A fascinating life in the heart of nature and the sea is waiting for you in this project.

Inspired by the fascinating Aegean architecture with its unique identity, we present to you our new project that is environmentally friendly, sustainable, and designed with our love for the unique beauties of nature without harming it. 

We crowned our project by blending the fascinating view of nature and the liveliness of the land texture with our originality in our designs.

By combining traditional construction techniques with modern design principles, in line with the needs, we offer you a mixed-use project that includes villas and apartments, shopping mall and park area. 

It consists of 70 blocks and 167 independent sections on a total area of 45.522 sqm, with 132 flats and 35 villas. 

We designed large gardens with interior layouts that can meet all the needs of a family and strengthen the interaction within the family, along with landscaping arrangements that are compatible with the land they are located on.

In this project, you will find yourself in a peaceful life with large and spacious living spaces.

While the buildings are compatible with each other with their facade, roof designs, materials used, comfortable interior and exterior spaces, we paid attention to large and spacious areas where privacy is ensured with appropriate touches. 

There is a sea and a lake for each villa, in addition to a stunning view of the gardens. 

All spaces were designed to be illuminated with natural light. 

There are social facilities in the project, such as pools, parking areas and green areas, that all residents can use.
