3. Making a plan to each client for his visit to the projects and make sure that he knows the areas and the services in area of projects
4. Free visits to the projects in all over Dubai.
5. Advice the customer to the vest schools and universities to his children if he want to move to Dubai.
6. We recommend the best hotels to stay in Dubai. We know the areas and the best places to stay in Dubai so we can provide advice according to the client's request and budget.
7. Checking the documents for the clients to make sure that it’s clear.
8. After deciding the project by client, making sure that all the documents and the legal procedures are clear and correct.

10. Guarantee the best price while finishing the deal.
11. Free transportation from the airport to the accommodation place.

After sales services:
1. Obtaining a residence permit for the client.
2. Extracting the tax number and assisting in opening the client’s bank account.
3. Title deed applying and following.
4. Resale of apartments if the client wants to sell his apartment again.
5. Property Management: We can contract with the client to manage his apartment.
6. Following up with project management.
7. Following up with the construction company and follow the developing
8. Taking care of all legal procedures.
9. We have a special design and furniture department managed by an experienced engineering team specialized in interior design.

As we mentioned before, our goal is to establish a long-term relationship with the client, which means that our services will continue and will not end after the sale.
