If you are considering buying property as an option to obtain a residence permit, there are now some changes that you need to know. If before the residence permit of Turkey could be issued when buying property in the amount of 75 thousand dollars, then from October 2023 the minimum amount is 200 thousand dollars in all cities of the country. The new rules will not affect those who received a certificate of ownership (TAPU) between 26 April 2022 and 16 October 2023.
