In this project, aesthetics and quality are presented together, you will experience a completely different life in Istanbul.

It is a privacy oriented project that consists of 12 villas only within the site.

With the unique features of this project, you will feel very special.

Each villa in the project is of the type 7+2 and has a gross construction area of 538 sqm and a net construction area of 420 sqm. Also, each villa has its own garden (min 214 sqm, max 440 sqm). In addition to that, each villa in the project has its own pool (min 24 sqm, max 27 sqm).

The facades of the villas in the project are porcelain ceramic coated.

The floors of the rooms are laminated (natural) parquet, and the halls and corridors are ceramic.

Each villa in the project has 7 bathrooms, 2 balconies and 3 terraces.

The villas will be equipped with a smart home system. All domestic systems can be controlled. Thief alarm system is available as well.

All villas will have 2 open car parks.

There is an elevator in the villas.

Underfloor heating is available in each villa.

Inside each villa, there is a winter garden where you can sit and eat in peace. There will also be underfloor heating in the winter garden.

The air-conditioning of the villas is solved with the Daikin brand VRF System.

Our kitchens are island type Italian kitchens.

Doors are MDF and manufactured in our own facility.

Built-in appliances will be delivered as turnkey, including: Siemens Hood, Hob, Oven, Microwave, and Dishwasher.

The project is located in the Cekmekoy area, on the Asian side of Istanbul.
