This project is a place where you can invest, live, work, share, socialize, meet and learn.

In this project, the shared living spaces are on the best floors. The entrance of the building is not your typical lobby. This high ceiling ground floor that opens to a large garden offers a co-working area with workstations, meeting rooms and video call booths. In between work, there are lounges, gaming areas and a cafe where you can have fun, socialize, relax and chat with your friends.

How does it work?

Live:

All the private residence units are fully furnished with custom designed luxury furniture and are all equipped with latest technology home appliances to accommodate all your needs.

Here you will never have to worry about utility bills or maintenance of your residence, all of them are taken care of for you by the project's management and summed up under one monthly bill.

Rent:

If you wish to rent your apartment, the project's management will rent your residence on your behalf, short-term or mid-term. The income from all rental units will be collected in the pool system and distributed on a fair ratio to each residence owner. While starting to receive a monthly income immediately, you will never have to worry about real estate agents, contracts or rent collection. You may choose to exit the rent pool system and move back to your residence any time you wish.
