The project is located in the most central and quiet area of Karsiyaka in Izmir.

It is a project that reflects all the energy of the city and heralds calmness and serenity with its unique landscape and design.

The project consists of 121 flats. It is a project with an outdoor swimming pool, landscaping areas, 24-hour security, indoor parking facilities and an open park and parking area right next to the building.

The project is located in Bostanli, the most beautiful location of Karsiyaka in Izmir.

The project is located right in the middle of parks and lush green trees, Bostanli Market, Bostanli Beach, tram street, Bostanli's most famous restaurants and cafes are on foot, and Hilltown and Mavibahce shopping centers are only 5 minutes away by car.

The project was designed as 2 blocks, ground + 4 floors. in accordance with the texture of the region.

In most of the 1+1 and 2+1 projects in Izmir, heating is provided not with natural gas, but with a VRF central system that provides heating and cooling simultaneously. Since the summer and winter modes of the system are set centrally (only heating/only cooling), heating/cooling problems occur, especially during seasonal transitions, as not every flat receives the same amount of sun. In addition, it has been seen under pandemic conditions that the VRF central system is a system that should not be preferred unless necessary. In our project, heating will be provided by a central system with a shared meter, natural gas, and cooling will be provided by an individual split air conditioning system.

The project is under-construction and it will be delivered in October 2025.
