Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad, Emir of Qatar, is the real owner of the most expensive villa in Istanbul!

The villa bought by Qatari businessman Man'a Abdul Hadi Al-Hajriin the most beautiful areas of Istanbul overlooking the Bosphorus broke a record in its price, as it was sold for 100 million euros. This historic villa was registered in the properties of the “Dardaniels” real estate company, which was founded by Abdul Hadi last year in Istanbul.

According to Forbes international magazine's rankings, the villa is considered the most expensive in Turkey, and the fourth most expensive villa in the world, in the July issue of last year in the ranking of the 10 most expensive homes in the world.
The villa is located in the Sariyer area on the European side of Istanbul, and it consists of a main building and two separate small palaces.
This luxurious villa with a wooden façade consists of 64 rooms, its used area is 3.633 square meters, and its facade on the sea is 60 meters long.
Its first registration in the real estate registry dates back to 1785 AD. Sultan Abdul Hamid II bought it in 1911 AD for his son, Burhanuddin Efendi, and named it after him. After the founding of the Republic, Ahmed Ihsan bought it, and it was neglected during the reign of his children until the Erbilgenler family, which works in the field of restoration, restored it in 1984.
It is noteworthy that in the past few days, the Istanbul Municipality changed the name of one of the city’s important streets to “Qatar Street,” which had a great impact in various circles.
Sheikh Tamim visited Turkey on March 12, during which he met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
