This project took its place in Yesilpinar neighborhood, in Eyup district, on the European side of Istanbul. 

The project is under-construction, and it will be delivered in December 2023.

The project contains a 2 floors parking lot, in addition to outdoor parking for guests. 

The project has a land area of 8000 sqm, and 70% of the project has been designed as green areas. 

The project consists of 3 blocks that contain 140 apartments, 5 apartments in each floor, and 11 commercial units.

The Eyup Sultan district is one of the areas and municipalities of Istanbul, within the European part of the city. It was given this name because of the presence of the tomb and mosque of Abu Eyyub al-Ansari in the area.
