The 5 residential blocks will be of 19 floors, and 6 floors below including the car parking and storages.

Over 4500 sqm of the project has been designed as a landscape area, and 2700 sqm as social facilities, including 4 pools, cinema, kids garden and playing area, fitness center, Turkish bath, basketball and tennis courts, sauna, in addition to 24/7 security services.

The project is under construction and it will be delivered in December 2025.

Bagcilar district is one of the largest and most densely populated areas and municipalities of Istanbul. It is a residential area located in European Istanbul, with an area of 16.7 square kilometers, and a population of 605.300 people. Among its most famous neighborhoods are Mahmutbey and Gunesli.
