The project encompasses an area of 68.200 square meters. It features 15 residential blocks, housing 2.482 units, along with 17 commercial spaces. Each block offers two types of residences: the efficient 2+1 and the spacious 3+1 layouts.

The architectural design emphasizes earthquake resistance, utilizing foundation piles, tunnel formwork systems, and specialized geotechnical studies to ensure safety and durability.

This environmentally conscious developed project supports contemporary living right in the heart of Istanbul.
