Information about the project:

This project was selected as a "Premium Project" in the "Best Marketing Campaign" category at the Sign of the City Awards in 2015. While the project was a premium project in the "Best Residence" and "Best Mixed-Use Project" categories in 2016, it was also awarded in the "Best Multi-Storey Residence" category. In addition, the project's residential blocks have Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, while office blocks have Platinum LEED certification.

The project is just 1.5 km from the sea, and it comprises a total of five towers: three towers being residential and two towers being offices. 

Different types of apartments are offered in this project, from 1+1 to 5+1. 

There is a private parking garage reserved for each apartment and a storage area of 3 sqm.
