The project has been planned and constructed by Ozak Gyo Company, one of the most powerful Turkish construction companies affiliated with the GYO organization operating under the supervision of the Turkish government. It is the company that established the Buyukyali project, the historical fisekhane market, in addition to many major residential and investment projects.

The project is located in the Mahmutbey investment district of the municipality of Bagcilar, distinguished by a strategic location on an important transportation node linking highways to each other.

Mahmutbey metro station will be in front of the project, which is connected to four major metro lines in Istanbul (Mecidiyekoy Metro M7, Yenikapi Metro M1, Basaksehir Metro M3, and Airport Metro M11).
